Return & Refund Policy

We want you—and your pet—to be 100% happy with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

Before returning any item, please contact our support team at trustapet@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions and confirm the return process.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Once your return is approved, send your item to:

Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank—processing time can vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at trustapet@gmail.com with a photo of the damage.
